• Return Window: We offer a 30-day return and functional guarantee from the date your item is delivered. If you experience any functional issues or hardware defects within 30 days, you are fully covered.

• Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your console must be in the same condition that you received it, including all included accessories (stylus, SD card, charging cable).

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
